but when the rhapsody plays; it takes my breath away

Went dating with the gorgeous Minyi on friday. Have not met up with her in ages! Being the bimbos that we always are, we gossiped about girls and complained about how guys can be such pricks sometimes. Mostly we were just whining away about our pathetic lives, and trying to console ourselves that some other people live even more pathetically than us. Wahahaha how shallow, but whatever la.

We went to watch the Shinjuku Incident. After watching, we walked around Marina Square for abit then I went to meet Weicong, and Minyi proceeded home.

Met Weicong at Orchard Mrt as we wanted to go to Fareast Plaza and customise a cap so that we can act mat and piss Perry off. Ate a footlong at Subway (I so need to get started on that diet) for dinner, collected our caps and then left for home.

Woke up early on Saturday, and met Perry and Weicong at Jubilee to watch 12 Rounds. I found it kind of insipid, these kind of movies basically have the same storyline just that the actors are different and they tweak it a little. It was a pretty predictable movie. Cop chases crook and crook's girlfriend, crook's girlfriend dies trying to escape, crook takes revenge by capturing cop's girlfriend, cop does anything crook asks, cop finds out crook has another motive other than revenge, kills crook, cop gets girlfriend back, cue big finale of cop and cop's girlfriend jumping out of an explosion, they kiss, the end.

God. That was so damn boring. I have seen that storyline a thousand times. I guess the only reason why I watched 12 Rounds was because the lead actor was John Cena.

After our movie we went to Geylang to find our adorable Huili. Ate durian, 1 fucking whole durian fucking cost us $34. Like what the fuck, and the taste was only very average. Now come to think of it, I suspect that we had been cheated. Damn those durian fuckers.

Went to Huili's block to slack around for awhile then we cabbed to Cathay to catch a late night movie. They forced me into watching the Shinjuku Incident again, I only gave in because Perry was throwing a tantrum like a 4-year-old girl. I think if it were not for Huili and Weicong talking to me throughout the movie, I would've fallen asleep. I mean, the movie's nice but I knew how everything turned out in the end so obviously there's no suspense there for me. Took a taxi home right after the movie ended.

Huili spent the night at my house. We slept at agar agar 5am la, and I woke up around 11am to find her sitting on my bed staring at me. SCARY LORH.
